the heat has arrived in full force, baking the reflective film right off our truck windows. lucy and i are surviving by drinking plenty of water and saving our energy for a trip to wendover, where we hear there is air conditioning and a polar inertia exhibit at the CLUI gallery.

we welcome you to this new issue of polar inertia, our 5th since going digital. The july/aug edition focuses on nomadic urbanism, including a contribution from the architecture urban design collaborative (AUDC) on quartzsite, az. as always contributions are encouraged for future editions.
