This is a popular nightspot on a
Saturday night. The sidewalk outside of this restaurant/bar/dance club has
been transformed for the evening into a crowded parking lot for the patron’s
scooters while the ever-present Tiger Beer signs watch over the scooters.
There didn’t seem to be any parking attendants nor was valet parking
available.
